Main task of Team Leaders is strengthen outdoor female communities in Europe, through organized activities, events and by providing a place for women to connect with other outdoor women. We are currently working of adding another locations. We do not care, what you do or how many years of experience you have, we believe that passion can elevate the greatest things in a life.

Example of the tasks:​

• Create a small team of OutdoorChicks in your region, who are willing to commit their time and skills

• Organization of various outdoor events, depending purely on you and your team. Ranging from Ski weekends to hikes

• Requirement to organize at least one small event per month and 2 bigger events per year

• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort

• Provide guidance to the team, based on our vision
