Share & Care Series = Session 5: Life Roles

The last 2 years have been challenging one way or another. We often forget to take care of the part of our body that is not visible to the outside, the part where we are dealing mainly with ourselves. Our event series “Share & Care” are for all who would like to work on themselves and work together on different topics including positive mindset, balance, self love, overcoming fears & setting limits by sharing and caring the stories and learning about ourselves to become stronger & happier. Session 5: Life Roles - the roles I play in my life

Friend or best friend, sister or brother, mother or father, daughter or son, colleague, partner…which and how many roles do you play in your life? Are some of them sometimes making you feel tired and exhausted? We’ll analyze together the roles you play in your life and how you can limit them to a reasonable amount so they are giving you energy but not taking any.
