Share & Care Series = Session 3: Me, Myself & I

The last 2 years have been challenging one way or another. We often forget to take care of the part of our body that is not visible to the outside, the part where we are dealing mainly with ourselves. Our event series “Share & Care” are for all who would like to work on themselves and work together on different topics including positive mindset, balance, self love, overcoming fears & setting limits by sharing and caring the stories and learning about ourselves to become stronger & happier. Session 3: Me & Myself & I - why self-care is so important

Believing in yourself and self-care is the first step to personal as well as professional success. In our Share & Care series session #3, we’ll talk about the relation of self-care and healthcare and we will exchange thoughts and experiences on how we express love to ourselves and what we can do to keep this love fresh and alive - to ultimately give love to others and also get love back from them.
