Powder Institute Yoga - Build it on the Mat, Bring it to the Mountain
Every workout plan should include aerobic conditioning, resistance training and flexibility/ mobility practice. Different sports and indivudual goals require different variations of flexibility. We will gain mobility and flexibility through all the major joints of the body = to prepare for shred.
