We don’t want to focus only on riding steepest faces, discovering hidden places, biking the hardest trails or climbing the highest peaks, but rather on connecting and showcasing females with a genuine passion for outdoor sports and love for nature. So that´s s why we are not any different than you. We want to present passionate ladies who found a way of life in nature and outdoor sport. Just like you, we love to eat a lot of chocolate, we are grumpy before we get our period, we are super lazy to get up at many points and….But the difference is, we have each other. That why is not us and you - its us together. Because we believe that reason you watch this, is that you are OutdoorChick as much as we are. The idea is to show powerfull ladies and community which hold us together.

People Who Rize

People Who Rize presents four athletes (Manuela Mandl, Daniel Vonach, Simon Winkler and Darren Swift) who seek refuge in the mountains to feel alive, to get freedom and to overcome fear and negativity. Their experiences and philosophy inspires other people to rise above life's challenges, no matter how extreme they are. Filmed mostly in the Austrian Alps, filmmaker Ashley Wiggins and crew document the highs and lows of these four riders.
