Girl´s Shred Together: Technical and Practical Part

It is so cool that more and more girls are on the bike shredding down trails! Due to that we have decided to organize a technical training for you at a parking lot and the day after we will do a shredding session. The idea behind it is to explain the technique and train it on the flat and try to adapt this the next day on the trails.

The focus will be on turns, but we will also do balance training and some more exercises and fun games. You don’t need to be a pro on the bike to take part, just the motivation to learn something

Required:

- Enduro or Mountain Bike

- Helmet

-Motivation

- Water

Tuesday evening would be technical training and Wednesday shredding together at Arzler Alm Trail. Event is supported by Bikmo = stay tuned for small surprise.
